Obituary

Elaine J Schultzbank, was born on September 19, 1941 in Chicago, IL and died on Wednesday, October 9, 2019 in Milwaukee, WI. She is survived by her adoring husband of 38 years, Dean N. Schultzbank and sister Marie Joaillier, of Greendale, Wisconsin. She was a member of All Saints Episcopal Cathedral, Milwaukee Diocese.

Elaine graduated from Oak Park High School and attended The University of Illinois - Navy Pier for 2 years where she studied English. Elaine spoke Greek and was fluent in French. She worked for Herb Baker Advertising Agency, The Chicago Canadian Consulate and, later, Prudential Capitol Mortgage.

Elaine loved opera, theatre, sports, and most of all socializing with close friends and family. Elaine had vitality, wit, and a fantastic sense of humor. Her infectious laugh, boundless compassion, and love of life endeared her to others.

Elaine was extremely loyal and bestowed unconditional love to her husband. He would like to thank his extended family in Virginia, Wilson Commons neighbors, personal friends, and fellow We Energies colleagues for their inspiration and support. Dean would also like to thank the staff at The Lutheran Home for their expert care.

A Memorial Gathering will be held on Sunday, Oct 27, 2019 at 2:00 pm with a Service at 3:00 pm in the Community Room of Wilson Commons, Chopin Building located at 1400 W Sonata Dr. in Milwaukee, WI 53221.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Elaine’s honor can be made to the American Cancer Society, the Susan G. Komen Foundation, or the charity of your choosing.
